LMProject — Luis Miguel Díaz Domínguez (hereinafter, "the Developer") has developed Dirt Zombie: Night in the West as a free application with no advertising. This Service is provided by the Developer at no cost and is intended for use as described.

This page informs visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

To provide game progress saving and online ranking functionality, we collect the following data:

• Google Account ID — used for authentication and associating your game profile.
• Email address — obtained from your Google account, used only for identification.
• Username — chosen by you to display on the leaderboard.
• Game progress data — scores, achievements, coins, daily streak, and game statistics.

2. How We Use the Information

The collected data is used exclusively for:

• Authenticating your account via Google Sign-In.
• Saving and syncing your progress, achievements, and coins.
• Displaying your name and score on the global leaderboard.
• Improving the gaming experience and fixing bugs.

3. Storage and Security

Data is stored on the Developer's own servers hosted on Contabo Cloud VPS (Germany). We implement security measures including:

• Encrypted JWT tokens stored locally on the device.
• HTTPS/TLS communication.
• Restricted database access via authentication and firewall.

4. Advertising

Dirt Zombie: Night in the West is currently an app with no advertising. The advertising identifier (Advertising ID) is not collected and no third-party ads are displayed. If advertising were to be integrated in the future, this page would be updated beforehand to inform you.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In — account authentication.
• Contabo Cloud VPS — backend and database hosting.

6. User Rights (GDPR)

If you reside in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your data.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your account and associated data (you can do this from within the app).
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA) — Audience 13+

Dirt Zombie: Night in the West does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and is rated for audiences 13+ (PEGI 16) for cartoon violence with weapons (shooting zombies). If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
